Kempston Educational Trust:
A small charity who aim to offer a first class integrated educational experience for all children and young people living in Kempston 9 – 19. They required a fully content managed website with a fully integrated email marketing system and secure members area.

Role:
Worked alone on this project in a freelance capacity as both the designer and developer, using WordPress and MailChimp as my weapons of choice.

Legacy TV:
Independent film company, creating feature films and documentaries on a shoe string budget.

Role:
Hired to undertake branding activities which included conceptualizing and designing film film poster for feature film ’187 Days’ and the company’s official logo.

Ryders Represent:
Social networking website for motor bike enthusiasts to post images, videos and events. Another chance to work on a big social networking site. This was a big project with a small budget. Worked in a two man team as the freelance Lead designer alongside a Drupal developer.

Role:
Involved in the whole design process from the ideas stage to the initial user journey, wireframes conceptual PSD designs to the building of the HTML framework before passing the templates into the world of Drupal and turned into a fully integrated Drupal theme.

Role:
I was hired as a freelancer to undertake all branding tasks, one of which consisted of creating a simple but sophisticated company logo that would reflect the company’s image and clientele.

Role:
I was hired as the lead designer, to help conceptualize and build the company brand for both print and screen material.

One of the pieces of work I produced was – 15 Seconds of Fame. This was a business proposal that required a designers touch to help visualize and communicate the concept to prospective investors. After reading through and understanding the proposal, many cups of tea (I don’t do coffee – its bad for you), and lost sleep this was the outcome of my labour.

City Streets:
City Streets is a novel written by Carlton Millner and is now available for sale at amazon and create space.

I was hired in a freelance capacity to design the book cover for the novel and all associated graphics. My brief was to create a design that caught the imagination and reflected the books gritty intense setting.

Role:
Interesting project and one in which i was given ‘Creative Freedom’ so to speak. The final design came from a long process of sketched conceptual ideas, some made it to the embryonic stages on Photoshop whilst others were wiped out without a seconds notice. The trick was coming up with a concept that worked, then bring everything together in a crazy melting pot to create one seamless Photoshop creation.
